Hello Everyone!
A while back (a long while) I thought to make an SG map... in space! And so last night I was like, "heck, I might as well." So I started working. And I think it's really turning out well. So, without further ado, welcome to the
IME Intrepid!
Here is an alternate view:
This is what the general shape of the map will be, and trust me there is plenty of room in that back glass dome and the three cylinders up front, not to mention the back passageways. And although I originally built the command deck up top on the dome, it will be moving to the bow of the ship. EDIT: Moved.
The command deck
And as for the rest of the ship, it will have all shiply needs such as:
Transporters (Done!)
Command Deck (Done!)
Mess Hall (Done!)
Rec Room (Done!)
Bunks (Done!)
Long corridors (Done!)
Redstone Contraptions
Navigation Room (Done!)
Medical Bay (Done!)
Captain's Quarters (Done!)
Bow Airlock (Done!)
Stern Airlock (Done!
Port/Starbord Airlocks (Done!)
Ship Hanger (Done!)
Work Out Room (Done!)
Earth Room (Done!)
Easter Eggs (Never Enough)
Brig (Done!)
The (Done!) means I have finished the area. The (WIP) means it is a Work In Progress.
Here is the hanger bay/Cargo storage:
And here is the cornucopia, located in the stern dome:
Sorry, but MC 1.6 is being difficult and screenshots are never fully loaded. The corn continues on the other side, it's not just space
And to the space-feel, I have created
a contraption
that with some magical magic keeps the world in perpetual darkness. Here it is!
I'll do my best to finish this project in a timely fashion, and maybe even a 48 person version if feedback is good.
And now, the map includes stars, planets and asteroids!
If you feel that I am missing anything, don't hesitate to tell me so! Any and all feedback is encouraged!
Hope you enjoy!
