Heeeey guys! I decided to see if I actually have good chest routes for maps, so I made this thread to sorta compare with the community to see if some of my best chest routes match yours. Since I want to try to keep this simple and organized, Here`s a basic format of how your chest route post should look:

(Map name)

(Do you go to corn or not, because some people actually don't just to get some of their chests)

(Name a landmark or something near the chests you get so people know where to go)

And basically just keep on adding the landmarks until your route is done. Thanks for your time, and I hope to see some chest routes up soon.

:)

First :D

(Map name) Fortune island.

(Do you go to corn or not, because some people actually don't just to get some of their chests) depends where I spawn in, if near my route then probably not as I will not need anything from corn, because my route nearly always gives me full iron, and a lot of times a diamond sword. :D

(Name a landmark or something near the chests you get so people know where to go) At corn look for the waterfall, if the waterfall is behind you, then cross across corn and turn slightly right, if you are across from it, then turn around and go a little right. You should see a double chest (tier 1) at the foot of a large jungle tree, once looted follow the beach around the coast, grab the chest in the sand (tier 1) and keep running until you can see a jetty or wharf type building with a chest on top. Swim across the water to this and get the chest (tier 2), then go up the mountain looming over the ruins. There is a chest up there in the open (tier 2), climb up to the stone structure you should have seen from the ground, grab the chest (tier 2) and flick the lever. Climb down the ladder and go over to the ruins. This should have opened a ladder down the middle of the ruins. Go down this and there are 4 chests on each side of the ladder. Two are tier 1, two tier 2. By then you should have excellent gear and maybe a diamond sword. Have fun destroying people :D

Hello :)
I think I could help you out with Holiday Resort :)
(Map name) Holiday Resort.

(Do you go to corn or not, because some people actually don't just to get some of their chests) as darby said it depends on the situation. I normally go to corn because you have a chance of getting a useful item during the game. Since all the corn chests on Holiday Resort are tier 2 it is highly suggested you go for it. However, the only problem with the Holiday Resort chests is that they are tucked away in leaves and are generally hard to get to at the begging. A lot of people try to punch other people away, this could be a little frustrating, but its worth it in the end. Try to aim for the outer corn chests which are located directly in the middle of each angle (North, East, South and West).

(Name a landmark or something near the chests you get so people know where to go). After,(possibly getting a corn chests) I head straight for the beach where the lifeguard towers are positioned. On the furthest West side of the beach after leaving corn, you will find a tier 2 hidden at the top of the lifeguard tower. Now, head along the beach and obtain all the chests you see. After that, keep heading a long the beach and head straight north towards the hot air balloons, you will spot some more (tier 1) chests around and straight ahead, if coming out from the beach, you head straight into another tier 2. After i get the tier 2, i head past the hot air ballon and get the chest in the fountain (once again, another tier 2). Then , i head straight for the casino, once there, head straight above it and get on top of the roof in the far distance you should see another tier 2 chest. After that, head straight down the steps on your right and you should see another tier 2. Placed in the distance you should see a helicopter, head straight to it and get the tier 2 inside of it. Now located just next to the helicopter you should see a crafting table and another tier 1 chest, where you have a chance to craft any swords, equipment. Now own everyone with you (hopefully) full iron and diamond sword :D
Hope this helps and good luck with holiday resort :D

Wyverns Wake.
(Do you go to corn or not, because some people actually don't just to get some of their chests)
ALWAYS go to corn. Doesn't matter what your position is, you have a chance to get some good stuff.
(Name a landmark or something near the chests you get so people know where to go)
The stone cave under a mountain of sandstone, right near corn. Keep going straight from there, and there will be a Tier 1 chest to the right. Keep going, and after a while, to the left there will be another Tier 1 (near the giant robot things). Keep going left, and you should see a cobblestone tunnel with a wooden floor. This will lead to a village. Keep going straight, and you should come across a fountain. Life lesson: Whenever you see a fountain in MCSG, there will probably be something in it. In this case, there is a Tier 2 chest. From there, you should have some decent armour and a weapon, and in the village there are so many chests. Check every building you see, and there will probably be a chest. Once you have some good stuff, you can go off and fight. The chest in the fountain is probably the easiest Tier 2 chest to locate in the map, which makes this an excellent route. Hope this was helpful, maybe people will actually start voting for this epic map now. Kthxbye

(Do you go to corn or not, because some people actually don't just to get some of their chests) Always! Go to Corn always so you can possibly get a stone sword or iron armor.
(Name a landmark or something near the chests you get so people know where to go) There's a ladder on the wall to the city, climb that and there's the 2 brick homes right there. Go in the left one. In there go into the right room. There is a Tier 1 there. Climb the stairs and walk into the outside balcony thingy. Right there is a Tier 1. Jump off the side and go to the tree with a Tier 1. Then skip Big Boy and go to the little house still down the street. In there is a Tier 1 in the floor. Then climb up that gray tower and grab that Tier 2. Run to train station and go in the little compartment thingy. Behind the stairs is another Tier 1. Then go up the stairs and into the back room. In the floor in the corner by the window there is yet another Tier 1. Then go back down the stairs and go outside and climb that big stair thingy. On the back there is a Tier 1. Then run on the little iron bar lines and grab the Tier 2 at the end of them. Jump off into the river and get that river chest. The swim to the border of the map and take that Tier 1.

I'd actually like to find a guide to some people's routes, although that would make a lot of people use that route, and in turn ruin it for them :p. I am yet to find a route that works well for me, is there anyway to identify a tier 2 chest over a tier 1 chest, other than looking at the contents?
