False Accusation (Staff needed)

I apologize for posting this here, however I am not sure as to where else I can post this.

I applied twice for moderator, where I was declined both times, due to a lack of detail. I then posted my third one (which was well over 1000 words), where I waited for a month, only to see that I was declined for this:

I apologize, but your application was denied for the following reason(s):

• You have been kicked multiple times for abusing caps, which should of lead to a ban.

You may not reapply.

I've been kicked once, and that was WAY before I even posted my first application, which was a few months ago. After that, I've NEVER been kicked. I think it's rather fair for me to be somewhat upset; I really do want to be a mod, and I am 100% positive that I haven't been kicked more than once. Can someone PLEASE do something about this, so I may reapply again, thanks.
