There are various ways of becoming VIP, being a YouTuber, Graphics designer and a Map maker. Guess you're willing to make a map for the community so that's pretty awesome! You should start by going into single-player and then customizing your world put generate structures on off and the world type as super flat. After that save the world and name it "world" (You could change the name but this could effect the next step that we're heading on to right now). If you don't want to build your map alone you should try getting a build team, that's why it's very useful to know how to setup a server, here's a quick guide (
). Once you've setup your server your going to get a few plugins. Here are the links for the most important plugins you should have.

EDIT: Forgot to say that you have to go into %appdata% then .minecraft and then into saves, drag and drop your world that you made on single-player to your server folder named as "world". The world will then be imported on your multiplayer server. :)

Installing those plugins are pretty simple, all you have to do is open them in win rar or 7zip and then drag and drop the folders into the plugins folder in the server file. I wont go too in depth with the port forwarding part so you'll have to figure that out on your own. Anyways, those plugins used above (VoxelSniper and Worldedit) are the most important ones. They're used for terraforming and it makes your map looks nice.

Guides on how to use them here: (doesn't matter how old MC version is unless they've updated the plugin)

Hopefully this helped bro!
