I have this glitch recently that makes blocks see through randomly, and if I break a block it fixes itself:

That happens to everyone, it's just a lighting glitch I believe. From the picture, I can't really tell what's happening, but if it's actually invisible blocks, I suggest re-installing Optifine, if you don't have it, redownload Minecraft.

IF this is in a MCSG game then do /gf.
And if it is not in a MCSG game then put your render distance down...

I don't really know if this will help but it's a start.
