What rig do you use to animate player models and add items to there hand ?

The player models are made by me, the items are from someone else I found on google, can't remember who from.

FPS: 100 - 400+

I will start making the Minecraft characters soon as well as wallpapers. You can start to request for world renders/wallpapers.
