How do I download the map from my server?

Hi, I've been annoyed by this problem for a long time it I just thought that you guys could help. My problem is that I have a map that I am making and I am unable to post a link for it because I don't know how to get it. The server is hosted by cubedhost and If anyone knows how to help It would be very helpful

You locate the server folder, look for the world folder, and copy and paste it to your desktop. Then just upload it

I don't have the server folder cuz someone else I hosting it
