Please, someone has got to Help Me!!

Ok so Everything is going fine for my Survival Games Server, except for Kits. No one can use/get the kits that their rank has for them. This is how I have it set up. Starter gets nothing. Then Earn coins, buy the next Rank. Then they have Beginner. With this Beginner, you get the Survival Games kit Beginner. Now, when they go in the game and do /kit, nothing happens. just nothing. I have Kits enabled true, tried it as false, nothing. They do not have the essentials.kit permissions, which i dont think maters because when i do it, i get the error, there are no available kits at this time. Please, someone has got to help, i have looked everywhere for an answer! Thanks so much for all those who help in any way shape or form!

Seeing as you're the one with the plugins, you're more than likely the one who has to fix it. This is simply too broad of a problem that could relate to anything with your server files.

Best guess is you have your kits file (or whatever it is) either in the wrong place or there is something wrong with the way you set it up. One way I you can attempt to fix it is to go through the entire set up process again to see if you made a mistake. There also could be a problem with the plugin, either it's coded for a different way then you have it set up or perhaps the file of one of the plugins or mods is named incorrectly. There are quite a few possibilities that could cause this problem. It's hard to tell without actually looking at your set up really
