How do I fix server lag?

I'm dying so many times from this and it's really making me frustrated. I have really good internet, so don't be saying it's because of my internet. So can one of you help me or tell me what the problem is? I'm playing in my region too.

You should definitely be playing on the AU servers. AU#.mcsg.in. The # does not mean hashtag, it means number. If you are still experiencing issues on these servers I reccomend upgraded your Internet.
