Hey everyone!
---
I've been encountering a lot of hackers recently, and it's ridiculous. With the start of summer break, there's bound to be a ton of hackers, and you and I need to help keep them at an all time low!
---
"So how can I help?"
Report each and every hacker you see!
Most people would just record and upload a video of the hacker hacking and send it in to the Report Abuse section:
http://www.minecraftsurvivalgames.com/forums/report-abuse/
but I personally can't record a hacker without getting a ton of lag, so I poke mods on Teamspeak, but not everyone knows about Teamspeak, so how would you report a hacker yourself?
Here's how...
1. Download the Teamspeak 3 client here: http://www.teamspeak.com/?page=downloads
2. Once it's installed, go through the setup. (You don't NEED a microphone to report hackers, but that's for playing MCSG with others)
3. Click on "Connections" in the top left corner, and then click "Connect".
4. The server address for MCSG is: ts.mcsg.in
Enter your Ingame name for your Nickname, and there's no server password.
CONNECT!
5. Scroll through the list to the top. You'll see a lot of names. Look for names with the tag "[Mod]" as follows...
6. Make sure the moderator you chose is not AFK or busy. Right click their name and click "Poke client".
Voxcile Hai. :3
7. Supply the following information...
The server IP you're in...
The name of the hacker...
The type of hacks that you can spot...
For example:
"HackersUsername is sprint hacking on us23"
(Lol, I was using Paint.NET to paste the desktop screenshots, and it's in the background. xD)
8. If the moderator doesn't tell you they're off duty or busy, they'll probably go check it out.
If they can't go check for whatever reason, go poke another mod with the same information.
I took my time to make this guide for you guys, so you and I could help the community by getting those hackers banned! I strongly dislike hackers, they ruin the fun for others, and by reporting those rule breakers, we help the community immensely.
If there's anything I should add, be sure to let me know.
