Can I just say, in advance, moderators, do not lock this thread in fear of a flame war, only lock it if one actually occurs, and before doing such, delete the rude posts, and lock if it still continues.

This is an opinion, something people are allowed to have, and while controversial, understandable.

Please, if you must lock it, write a paragraph, something explaining why.

If a flame war starts I understand the thread being locked. Though, if it's locked for other reasons I would like to point out that my point is being proven.

I agree with you 100%. I have an easily solution. Flush all the mods right now and bring a new team in with actual experience. Now im not saying all mods are bad/inexperienced but a majority of them fit that bill. I mean I've moderated a very large forum, one just a tad bit bigger then this one to be exact, for 4 years, and I've dealt with alot of stuff. We didn't have a senior rank but if we did I would considered a senior tm (Senior Tournament Master). Being unbiased and not doing our job properly because of feelings we may have towards another member was not tolerated and it shouldn't be and after what you wrote, it's kind of annoying to think that the staff here are doing that. Unfortunately though, if ChadTheDJ doesn't think that this is going on, there isn't much we can do but hope it stops.

I honestly disagree with this. It's just not logical. Things do need to be fixed, but firing all the current staff members just doesn't seem to be the right way to go about it. Sorry, though I do see where you're coming from.
