i'm having a problem with these servers.

I have recently started not being able to play. I don't know what is happening. these are the best hungar games servers in my opinion and i'm kind of bummed out.

so I can get into a lobby or join a live game no problem. but in pre lobby usually it ends my connection or something. sometimes I make it a little into the game but then it still does it. it must be a problem on my end but I need some advice. if anyone else has had a similar problem I would really appreciate some feedback.

It's probably your internet connection, does this happen on other servers?

I get the exact same problem. Message that comes up is
"Connection lost
Internal exception: java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out"

^^^ if you're getting that message then I'm pretty sure that that is an internet problem. Sorry if I got that wrong

We had this problem on the AU servers a few weeks ago, so if you were playing on that region it might be why. It should be fixed now, however. If you don't play on the AU servers, what region do you play on? (what is the IP you connect to?)

The issue is still occurring on AU, as far as I know. 2 out of 5 games this evening have been ruined by lag during the game or the server timing out while in pre-game.

*Le sigh*... so it isn't just me.... we've switched to the new data host, now. Is it any better at all, better for a few days, or has it just been generally bad for you?

Generally bad. I got in a few good games but died because of massive lagspikes.

The new servers have been all round pretty good for me. Although I was playing a game of SG5 today and we had a few lag spikes..
