I only say things about Baccas if they talk to me like that.

Is it okay to go in-game and start harassing Baccas for no reason? Definitely not, but I've had the problem of them basically harassing me first, and I'm not afraid to bite back if they do it. But otherwise, it's basically discrimination, and people who do insult Baccas try to seem superior about something that nobody truly cares about.

If they harass, insult and/or attack you, simply take a screenshot and send it into the Report Abuse section. Nothing will ever be done if you choose to either ignore them or start a mini-war against them, and it's a lot more satisfactory if players end up being punished for breaking the rules.

I've had so many negative experiences with people wearing the bacca skin, that anyone in a bacca skin is instantly in my negative speculation. On here and an array of PvP servers, about 25% of the Baccas I see fly/speed hack, or spam, or flame. Despite this negative light, I have never partaken in any of the #killallbaccas business, and I have been standoffish in the ways of hate and attack towards Baccas, and have never taken part in the 'Bacca noob, go die' kind of talk or whatever demeaning and harmful words were slung.

So pretty much, harassing Baccas is not okay. However, Baccas have trangressed against my multiplayer experiences so much, I can and will never have a positive first impression towards anyone wearing a Bacca skin. Though they are all fans, some of these fans spoil the bunch.

In fact, in my gameplay today, I actually had an impromptu teammate with a Bacca against a full iron guy, and once we were victorious, we had a good chat. My original bad impression of that particular Bacca was shattered after he helped and was courteous and appreciative. Most of my experiences with normal MCSG players are never that good these days.

Just because they conform with the fan base doesn't make them bad, but sometimes their association with a bad apple can make them turn bad. Don't judge on what they are, judge on what they do. Baccas are usually noobs, but maybe they're fun noobs. Or maybe they just want to show off their new hacks. Eh.

Just because it's not illegal doesn't mean it's ethical. Pulling someone's chair out from under them before they sit isn't illegal, but dang, that's just wrong. Bullying happens in Canada (shock!), and it is just as unpleasant. It doesn't matter where, the ethics for bullying are never there.

I dont care if a person is bacca or not and nor should anybody else... what people do with baccas is basically as if Id go around telling the people who like... I dont know.... carrots. just because I dont like them!

Im glad to see Im not the only one who doesnt hate on people just because of what they enjoy (in this case BajanCanadian).


One more little thing... Im sure that at least 6 out of 10 people who hate on baccas are secretly baccas themselves who just dont want to be insulted in order to fit in or because they've been here since before the bacca hate started! Im not a bacca myslef and I dont care who is and who isnt... If you like that... its perfectly fine by me.

Baccas are normal people like all of us. They are just fans of Mitch and Jerome, and there shouldn't be a problem with being a fan of someone who you enjoy to watch. The hate is unnecessary. I also agree with you Duck.
