I personally think President Snow is more evil. Why? Because he started the Hunger Games in the first place. He was scared of the fact that he might lose his power if another rebellion happened, so he started them up to keep the districts in line, scaring them into following his orders, and for the Capital''s entertainment as well (What messed up people). If he really wanted to, he could provide all of the districts with food, but he only helped the districts who were really "on his side", like district 2 which provided some of the peacekeepers. Not only this, but he targeted Katniss (and Peeta too, I suppose) after they showed him up at the Games. He was trying to kill Katniss, wasn't he? He kept trying to break her by harming the things she loved most. He couldn't let her continue with the rebellion she incited, so he tried his best to stop it, and did he try hard. He personally threatened her in her OWN HOME, and there also started her fear of roses, which he kept using against her. He was the reason that so many people died in the sewers and in the streets of the Capital that day, and for that matter, responsible for the death of everyone who participated in The Hungers Games. He was just a cruel person in general, and in my own opinion more evil. That doesn't mean Coin wasn't. I despised her. It was her fault that Prim died (In my opinion anyways, some people will say it was Gale's fault...), and she didn't trust Katniss, and really didn't have a problem expressing it. She was in general a mean person, but Snow was worse, at least in my opinion. I'm just glad I saw them BOTH die, and Coin by my arrow

What Snow failed to see was that breaking Katniss only made her burn brighter, he's power hungry and started the games, but remember Coin was just as unhumane as he was. She wanted to start a Hunger Games just as president Snow did 75 years prior, which was the reason of the rebellion in the first place. And with the incident where she bombed the Capitol children and the Rebel Medics; I don't think any of that was Gale's fault. It's like saying the person who invented the car is the cultprit behind the reason of so many road accidents today.

By the way you didn't see Snow die, you killed Coin and then you were taken away.

This is quite true, I do see your point here, but I still stand by my opinion that Snow is worse, even though they were both inhumane monsters. And for the seeing Snow die, I guess you're right with me not really seeing it, but I was still on the balcony when he started choking on his own blood and he got hid from view, then I was taken away, if my memory serves me correctly. It's been awhile, and I have to worry about Peeta trying to strangle me every once in a while :3

You shoud've been Katniss in the movie instead of Jennifer Lawrence
