The Hurricanes (US Clan now recruiting!)

Well, in a way, it's good that people are leaving. Our roster is way too large. The ideal number of people in a clan should be 24, but anywhere over 40 is too many. We will never need that many people at once.

Sorry for the double post, but I have a suggestion. Last Clan Wars for the Hurricanes was a complete and utter mess. People were joining the clan just to be in the battle, the list was constantly being changed, and so many skilled players were being scrapped for not-so-good players. That's why I personally think we lost vs. Organization. We were so unorganized, and making multiple last-minute roster changes. But this time, it should be different. I got this idea from the Bandits, where we have to fill in an application and the people who will participate is based on their application.

Skill is not the only thing required to join. You also need motivation, perseverance, an empty schedule, teamwork, and so much more. It's not always based on wins, like BlitzCometITU is very good and he doesn't have as many wins as a lot of people in this clan. I might consider myself good also, but that would be self-centered of me. As always, the applications will be judged by the clan leaders and the roster will still be chosen by them. By writing an application, I think the leaders get a sense of how much you really want to be in Clan Wars and why you should be selected.

Why do you think you should be selected?: I've never been in any Clan Wars tournament (nor any MCSG battle) but I have greatly improved over the months. I think that by being a part of this event, I can truly showcase my skill. Even if we do lose, at the end of the day, it's just a game, and we're in this just for fun!

Young is no longer in this clan, and we do take both skills and how long you have been in the clan aswell. We have looked through every player to determine the best for us in clan wars. Burningfire213 and I have already nearly completed the roster, but won't say it till a week, or won't say it at all, but only in a Skype chat to the people who make it.
