Empty servers?

So me and my friends went to play some MSG, we all went into the same server number, but i end up going into an empty server while they went into the server with people, ive tried this with many other server numbers and still i end up in empty servers while my friends are in the servers with people. Whats going on?

you might need to give more information.
get your friends to give you the server ip and try joining the server
tell us if you get in or tell us about any messages you might get.

another thing is that you might want to play during the day when the servers are more active.

We recently changed our AU servers over to a new datacenter which has a better connection. This just means your DNS records haven't updated or your friends' DNS records haven't updated yet. That should be fixed on your end within 24 hours.

Okay I guess that makes sense, thanks. I'm sure i wasnt the only one (in AU) with this effect because I see the same 1-2 people surfing all the AU servers(which are empty 1/24 ppl). Everything is fine now, ty!
