Remove the chest...

I was playing Teweran 2, and everyone knows about the tier 2 behind the glass wall near the tp's. So of course I go for it then I get kicked from the game. I know it's block glitching and I should have got kicked. All I am saying is remove the chest from the map. Or make it so if you do break the glass you can't reach the chest. Because just knowing that I can get that chest and its tier 2 makes me want to get it.

Hopefully you guys and under stand what I'm trying to say and support it.

I think you missed his point. He is saying that the map encourages block glitching, and that it should be fixed. However, I believe that chest was already made useless for that reason, unless I am mistaken.

The chest has a rulebook in it, to remind anyone that falls prey to the temptation to block glitch that it's against the rules and they can't do it.

And I got his point, but the thing is, they shouldn't be breaking the rules in the first place, whether there is a chest there or not.

A chest that tempts you to break the rules should not be there period. There is no reason for it to be there, therefore it should be removed.

After looking at the updated rule page on the forums, I got this, this "evidence" for block glitching to get to chests: "No block glitching, or using the block lag glitch to get out of the lobby, or break a block to climb/reach to a place you cannot get to by jumping/normal means."

This updated page, I swear to God barely touches the subject. If a noob comes on MCSG and reads that, I can guarantee that if they saw that chest on TSG2, they'd think it's okay to go for it because there's a chest there. I've been here for 8 months, read the rules countless times, and I still go for that chest just because it's there, and I'm able to get to it despite what the rule says, or actually what it barely says. If this is a problem, I want the damn rules to STATE that you CANNOT go into chests outside of the dome, or anything else for that matter. Once I see the rules say that, I'll stop. But I think it'd be much easier/convenient just to remove it completely so less people get kicked by it.

Also, if the chest WASN'T there, less people would be kicked for going into a chest that SHOULDN'T be there. It's like giving the mods an excuse to kick people just cause they can.

So therefore, I agree 100% with the OP.

If the devs could code it. It should be when you open that chest you get automatically kicked for block glitching.

Although I didn't know about this chest, I agree 100% it's akin to the server owner sending a new minecraft player nodus and not stating specifically in the rules that it isn't allowed.

False there is no rule book inside the chest, it's a tier 2 with good stuff.

or you should get trapped in a room you can't get out of. and there should be a sign that tells you not to blockglitch anymore.
