Death Cause: Chunks not loading, fell into the void

I Think the title says it all. Am i the only one that sometimes loses due to chunks error and then i fall into the void?

PS: most of the time this happens, i'm not aware of the chunks error.
PPS: as long as i don't lose bounty due to this, i have no problem about raging.
