I agree with that statement completely. This post goes to the entire community, not just one individual. How about instead of complaining all the time, we enjoy what we have.
I remember back in the golden age, I would always complain about having the world's crappiest computer, therefore it was near impossible to win. Looking back on it though, I wish I could have enjoyed those days more. I wish I would have just shut up, and enjoyed the moment, instead of raging at the fact that every time I die is because I freeze while fighting someone. At some point later on in our lives, we will hate ourselves, for not enjoying the moment, because one day, at some given point in our lives, we would wish we were there, enjoying what was meant to be fun. But that would not happen, because we had spent too much time in that moment, pointing out the faults. This doesn't just go for MCSG either, this can apply anywhere.
It is about fun. That's what we're here for right? We joined MCSG, to have a fun Minecraft hunger games experience. We need to get passed those stupid points, and meaningless wins, and just have fun. When you look back on your years, would you rather say you enjoyed the experience, and had fun with it; or would you rather say, you were up until 3-4am non stop trying to rack in as many wins as possible, nearly everyday! Of course, it is perfectly fine to have a little competition here, it can be very fun battling for wins. What I'm saying though, is that you shouldn't really take it to such extremes, that you forget the fun, and only care about the wins/points.
I am not saying that you shouldn't be competitive, and shouldn't complain, but taking it to the extremes, is where it is wrong. This post is not at all aimed at the creator of this thread, it is aimed at the general survival games community.
