Help!

So I was AFK on MCSG ts, and me and my friends decided to make a MCSG map. So I open up Hamachi, and HotSpot Shield Protector opens up, in an instance it says I am perm-banned from the MCSG ts. Reason: Hot Spot Shield Protector is not allowed on ts server. I did not know this or did not intentionally mean to open, could someone help me and try to get me un-banned?!

I really do not know why it is downloaded, it randomly just came up, and I know it goes in the ban dispute section.

What is hamachi?

Hamachi is a network program, it shuts your windows-firewall down , while using and it is going to reserve some random ports ( like 47891 ), so that everyone can join your local serer ( maybe look an youtube for a short tutorial ) thats what i think. ; sound like a bad program?, Right!
