Well, it's a Windows command, so if you're using an OS other than Windows, Alt + F4 will not do anything unless you bind it to something.

I meant CTRL W doesn't work, like I said. Alt F4 does it's usual thing.

The senior moderators tell the moderators to kick people for alt+f4 spam. I think there should be a rule against it, I completely agree.
