xD I dont play constantly enough anymore to get many wins. I mostly hang around the forums. I dont have much reason to go on a server full of mean people and hackers ChadTheDJ

Honestly, if Chad could do something I'd be screaming at him to do it. Mean people/hackers had to be reported by the community. xP

But the thing is its not happening. The thousands of new players that come on the servers and then leave and do nothing about his is probably massive. The entire community, in my opinion, needs to have a talking to by the staff.
