Like with any new update, we patch and fix slowly. Having MCSG be buggy for 2 days to cause you to quit seems odd. Yes we had some odd bugs appeared but our devs will be patching it by the end of the week.



The servers are free to play and upgrading is purely optional as you don't need to pay to play here. Sure it adds perks but a lot of people get by never paying a dime and still get the same experience.

MCSGv2 was a plugin completely rebuilt from the ground up to be more stable than MCSGv1. People don't understand that the fact is that Minecraft was more stable during the "V1" times and MCSGv2 has more challenges with a buggy NCP and also a buggy craftbukkit system. We slowly been converting to a completely in house system (custom CB and also anti-cheat solution) and it will only get better from here. We estimate we should be flawless by the end of May at the latest.

The question is, is it possible to match 1.2.4 performance?
Like you said after 1.3 MC was just way too buggy to have stable consistent performance with NCP/custom plugins.

The answer is maybe, but I don't think it can exceed it.

What does CubedHost have to do with this? Yes, subv3rsion owns CubedHost and I work for him there, but CubedHost and MCSG are two completely seperate entities in two completely seperate businesses; CubedHost provides hosting, MCSG provides SG servers.

It was a joke... someone brought up bugs in the servers... i said exterminate the bugs...

Eh, I'm too tolerable. I can't get bored of MCSG, especially if I can beat people up in a laggy environment.
