Okay, here's where i agree with you.
1. The Galaxy S3 is better then the iPhone 5.
2. the speed is nice
3. cuztomize is better.
4. iTunes on computer is pretty bad.

Here's where I think (My opinion)
1. The screen size for the S3 to be honest is just a little bit too big, the width is too long. where as in iPhones i felt it's the perfect size. not too big, not too small.
2. iPhones do have very fast speeds as last said before by Evermore it really all depends on the carrier.
3. Believe it or not iPhones do have some sorts of customization, now where it might not be as good as the S3's, there are apps where i can customize what my apps look like, cool backgrounds that lap over my apps, etc.
4. As i said before, iPhones are much more simple to use then Androids. now where iOS may be "too simple", this is a good thing so it is very much usable for all ages, heck, even my baby cousins can use it, which makes it very much likable.

My baby brothers (aged 2, and 3) use my S3. They love it. :) Many kids apps available.

I've use both platforms on a regular basis and love both. I have to say, it really depends on what the person wants to do with the device. Some people want to do whatever they want and play around with their device, other want it to be fast, simple and to just work, with no fragmentation.

I perfer Android over iOS because I can customize it completely, overclock, use of SD cards, etc.

I also carry an iPhone 4 with my Note II. Everything is uniform, clean and simple on iOS, not to mention its easy to keep everything organized with iTunes.

The resent updates haven't really added anything amazing, unlike Android. Not to mention the fact that custom roms add even more possibility to the device, unlike iOS where your limited to what you can do with it, Cydia only partially solves this problem. Hopefully Jony Ive amazes us with iOS 7.

Droid X>Xperia Play>iPhone 5>Note II + iPhone 4 (Get to experience what I like about both worlds)

P.S The iPhone keyboard is better than any keyboard you can get on Android.
P.S.S I'm also the same guy that uses Ubuntu, Windows, and OSX on a regular basis.
