So latley when i've been playing i've got frame drops, It's not HUGE frame drops like 20 frames drop or so, so has anyone answer? Please help me!

I mean it's like i'm playing getting like 120 fps Then all sudden i get frame drop to 60!

Maybe that happens when you are close to lava or huge chunks?
If it's near lava, you should turn of your Minecraft sound, it helps.

Best settings for your computer, if your computer isn't very good, bad processor, etc. You should adjust your settins, for example:
Render distance: Short
Details: Minimum.
And so on.

I get 30 and I'm happy with that
My Minecraft for some reason still runs smooth, even with 30 FPS :3

He's probably more worried about the drop. 120 to 60 can be a pretty jarring drop mid game.
