I'm going to assume not, looking at it's specs. However I'm not very familiar with AMD cards, I've always used Nvidia.

That build would work out nicely. You'd be able to run any game with ease. Would probably do anything you'd need it to do.

More than good enough. Infact if all your going to be playing is MC. Then you probably don't need such a extreme rig. But if your looking into higher quality games, possibly even nex gen games - hell, go to town

Yay! i want to be able to run shaders and record with 100FPS.

I sure you could find a computer shop in your area that could put it together for you. It's not that difficult, you'll probably be able to figure it out just by watching a few YouTube videos.
