How do you Become VIP

Someone please tell me how cause I was talking to some random guy on MCSG servers and he said he had no youtube channel and plays by him self and he said one day I got on and I was purple. So I'm wondering If I can become one of them

This is strange, he shouldn't have randomly gotten VIP.

VIP is given to anyone with 10k + subscribers on YouTube that play on our server network, someone who has done a large, important thing for MCSG, or a map maker who created a map that was accepted into the servers.

Do you know his IGN?
