Lol if you read the comments and my post all the way thru, you would of saw all the people who said that MCSG needs its own practice pvp server because the pvping here is soo much different than roxbot and probably your own server. No cheat plus makes mcsg servers pvp so unique and different. You can go practice on roxbot all you want, but it will help you very little against great mcsg players.

I can tell you it will help me and everyone else. All the players that play on my server already proves that it's good. Here you have some people that play on it: teovald, zex, hanfi, elgoldo, gcb, CharlesYummyegg, MegaDani, Canziano, Fax and a lot more, can't think of any atm. They all play on it.
