There is for the staff, but I highly doubt there would be a public thread. It could be spammed with people trolling and things like that.

There is a thread about handling hackers or rule violators but it's not stickied yet but still can be found in this helpful thread.

Don't bother stickying the guides in that thread, because the point of that thread is so people have access to those helpful threads but the stickied threads don't cover up the whole General Support section.
