Okay first off i do get the Can't Resolve Hostname error but don't send me the http://www.minecraftsurvivalgames.com/threads/cant-resolve-hostname-fix.17539/ and lock the thread because that doesnt fix my problem. When i change my DNS settings to your recommended ones i simply get a Can't Reach Server. I did some looking on the server and found a few posts one mentioning a few servers that aren't on the main list there domain names are: 1.us.mcsg.in and 1.ca.mcsg.in I am able to both of these servers with no trouble. So again i went digging and tried to find the IP's behind the MCSG's domain names and i wasn't able to find any accept for the two unlisted servers that i am already able to connect to both of which are 69.160.45.6 and 198.27.83.170

So why am i not able to connect to any of the others? Another forum post that i have read earlier (http://www.minecraftsurvivalgames.c...-fix-the-hostname-problem-for-everyone.39026/) had mentioned about the TTL (time-to-live) being set to zero on the servers. This would cause any ISP's who "piggyback" off of bigger ISPs to timeout before the ip request could be made. So any mods or devs again please "test" this on a single server to see if it will change anything.

ps: anyone who is able to connect to the servers with no trouble please run one of the domains (us20.mcsg.in) through this site http://my-addr.com/domain-hostname-...location/online-nslookup-tool/domain_info.php and let me know what the TTL and IP is if you can see them

If you've tried the solution given on the guide you linked at the top of the thread, then I don't know what else to say. Does 1.us.mcsg.in lead you to us1.mcsg.in? Or is it a separate server? If it's the same server, why don't you try doing that for all the other numbers?

when you click on the site there will be a blue box part way down in the middle of the screen that says enter DOMAIN here

step 2 type us20.mcsg.in and then press the go button to the right of it

step 3 below the place you typed us20.mcsg.in there will be a table with IP, country name ect on it post what the IP is please

step 4 below that table another table should be there call Common Records, on the right side of the table there will be a row called ttl below that there is a number also post that number please

Thats what i thought as well but it seems 1.us.mcsg.in is a seperate server from us1.mcsg.in

i also tried doing 20.us.mcsg.in instead of us20.mcsg.in but that didnt work either

Well I don't know what the problem is in that case :( I'd recommend making sure you followed that guide correctly, and if so getting help from a staff member.
