Signature never updating

Its been 3 weeks since my signature hasn't updated, other threads say it updates every 12 hours,
I have tested updates with other players by typing in there name in the your name section of the website, than going on the leader boards, there all correct. Please help me I just want an updated signature

Mine only updates when my stats are bad. When I do good, it never updates.

It is supposed to update every 3 hours I think.
