Respect for other players is the most important of these servers so please show respect to people. I find it strangely profanity and inappropriate links as people type. Please think before your write something mean that the person can take offense and get hurt. Many small children playing here and especially against them, we must show that we are older and more mature. Because they will go around and say "bad" words that they do not know what that means in kindergarten and beyond. I'm not a mod, I just want to prevent bullying on these servers because it should be fun for everyone to play.

I too agree with this. Think before you speak. Not everyone on here is as old as you. I have an 8 year old brother that plays on these servers and it is absurd when I see people cussing in the chat or making fun of other players on here. This is supposed to be a fun and friendly community. Not a hate filled society where no one shows any respect for each other. MCSG does NOT condone offensive language and bullying on these servers.

Unfortunately that's the nature of the games. This isn't a happy creative server where you just build, this is the survival games. While I definitely do not approve of swearing, a PvP competition where you need to show off your skills each time you play sounds like a hot bed for stress and anger over a loss.

I can really connect to that. I also have a younger sibling who plays, and hate how people feel the need to swear and spam, that's one of the reasons I became mod. I just want more respect, no more of this disrespect.

They should make it so you can't talk at all in the pre game lobby. That would be more realistic and would take care of the noob teams.

I didn't even allow my sister on, until the point of becoming mod, she's 7 and it's just to much for her.

People need to understand its not just about them.
It's not just about trying to impress their friends and 'cussing' as much as humanly possible, it's SUPPOSED to be about having fun-- but letting others, of all ages, have fun as well.

This thread is a great example, really.
I've seen so many horrible things in chat that could just scar the younger audience, and that's why it needs to stop.

Hopefully, some of those players who fall under the 'negative' category mentioned, will see this and rethink their decisions.

Yeah, the amount of disrespect is amazing, even though it is a game where you can get stressed and frustrated really easily, I think when you lose a battle or a game you should congratulate the person who won the battle or game. And then figure out what you could work on. Instead of calling the person who killed you a hacker and a terrible player. I hope the amount of disrespect goes down with some of these new mods!

I was going to make a thread about this, It is so disrespectful to be so rude to other players and to break the rules that the staff have made. It's pathetic how even after being banned/kicked people still come back to the servers and be disrespectful. Smh.
