What I mean is I'd like to use my Arena X idea, but I started, although I only did the cornucopia.

It depends on how finish it was. You can have ideas for maps prior you can use, but nothing actually built according to the terms of PMC. Little gray area, but mainly we don't want finished maps submitted that was made before the contest date.
