The Fallen Empire - Cornucopia is Sometimes Empty

At the beginning of a round of Hunger Games, the cornucopia is always empty.
Fix please? :3.

This is a bug, and I bet it will be fixed soon. I've experienced this on several maps like Khamunrah, The Fallen Empire and Lost Ridge.
