What are all the commands a non-donater or non-moderater can do?

It stands for chest check I think,I'm pretty sure it let's you see how many chests there are on the map your playing on.

u can not use /cc as a normal player. so it doesnt matter

I know that I was just letting him know what it means and foes, I think normal players can use it during testing though but I'm not sure.
