Potions on SG5?

It has happened to me 2 times on sg5, the chest content is completely different and some chests even have like 10 of the same item in a pattern. I have no idea what causes it but as i said i've seen it 2 times since mcsg v2. And when it happens all the chests on the map have really random content.

I even found rotten flesh, wheat, mushrooms and bones in chests, everything was random..

I spawned all of those potions via "Too Many Items"!

I believe the map accidentally reverts to its original chests.
