Heaps of lag on Australian servers

So i've been playing plenty of survival games on the Australian servers with no lag for a while. In the past week however, there has been huge lag spikes after beginning a game, walking a short distance then lagging back is a regular occurrence. It is also not just me experiencing this lag, but almost the whole server commenting on it in chat.

Can you figure out why it is lagging and fix it asap please ^_^
