Im_Kiko Unbanned?

I just checked the leaderboards for the server, and realized that Im_Kiko's last login was today, yet he was banned yesterday... why did he get unbanned when loads of other hackers always have to wait out their 7 days?

Ah, yes that is kinda annoying. Somebody who has hacked that much that they've gotten a score that high... I don't think they should be unbanned.
