Yeah having this one exception even though it is duck who completely deserves it, this will start arguments and people trying to live up to what duck has done to try get mod too. They said no exceptions and now to break the rules after declining 100's if not 1000's of application's because they are underage. Duck deserves mod yes, but MCSG should not make exceptions for this type of thing, it will start many arguments and many declined people for mod because underage very angry.

She has helped out the servers intensely with her large amount of high quality and useful posts. Her dedication and enthusiasm for the helping others is outstanding. She is obviously staff material and was recognized for it so she was allowed to apply. Even if people are angry that they were denied by age, instead of saying things about how duck getting a chance is being unfair, they could use her as a role model and strive to help the servers.
