Skyscraper Smackdown [In Progress]

About time I posted this, anyway. This will be the 'in-progress' thread for the new map I'm working on: "Skyscraper Smackdown". For those who don't know, the map will be based on a city, but instead of fighting in the streets, we take it to the sky and battle on the rooftops of the towering skyscrapers. I will make updates occasionally to let you guys know how things are going.

Progress Report: Great to say that my client is now fixed up and ready to go, I finally can post the new pictures, but major progress will have to wait until I re-install WorldEdit.

Specs:
-Diameter of map will be 400 blocks
-Map is planned to have at least 50 buildings
-Each building will have its own features (parkour, redstone puzzles etc.)
-Map is planned to have 150+ chests
-Designed specifically for 24 player games

It sounds fun and very exciting, but do you plan on the buildings being accesible, as in, you can enter them? I mean this as in, you can only go down a few floors, and then you're stopped. Because JUST rooftops could get extremely boring, but not if you could add a lot of detail.

Of course only the rooftops would be boring. So to answer your question, yes, most buildings will allow you to access the top floors.

For those who want to see the actual map, I have good news. Since plans are going a lot faster than I thought they would I'll be posting a few pictures this weekend, so look forward to that.

Make sure to make something sprcial at the ground as people might use enderpearls. Cool idea, wish you good luck with it.

It seems like when I make a deadline for myself bad things happen. In this case, my client crashes every time I try to join a server or the file for the map. Sorry guys but until I figure out what the cause is, I can't post the pictures. :'(
