Question about alt accounts.

I was wondering HOW can one prove that somebody is using an alt account, if he's banned. Now i know a guy that has been banned forevah and his friends gave him another account that he's on right now, i've busted them and realised that he's that person so i was wondering, what ways are there to get that person banned.

If they have a proxy, you'd need like a screenshot of them responding to their banned account name or something like saying "So what happened to your account (Namehere)" and then a screenshot of them responding. Something along those lines.
