The rule was if you LEAVE, then you are to make an application. Can it be explained any clearer for you?

The main thing here is that it was less than a day. She was going through some personal stuff, and really not in the best state of mind to be making those decisions.

So say you had a job in real life and you left because you weren't thinking that day, you expect the boss to just let you walk back in. No, which is how the rule says it, you can;t just walk out and expect the red carpet back in. The rules are rules and clearly the staff can't follow them.

Well if the word by word said what you said stating that "If you leave you must re-apply" than I suppose that this rule needs to be in forced, no matter what. Equality for all is what I like to say.

I know this thread isn't going to make anything get done since that is the way staff are these days, and even if they did make staff make application again they will just tell us that they were accepted just because that's how they work.

I like Saar however I think your'e right because it blatantly states that rules there shall be no execeptions... Especially in MCSG
