Sorry kezzer1995, for you needed to be brought into this since this was originally between Saar, Dave and myself. But you are missing the point, I wasn't making a thread to troll I was stating facts that have been made to make my opinion. If you see it as a troll then don't read it and get Dave to deal with it, since he is Admin. Now as I said in the previous threads, Dave said this " im clearing this up i asked her to come back she did not ask " and I said back " And how is this any different from when Dave asked me to come back" Is Dave being sexist? Or is he not following the rules of MCSG, since when I was mod I rule was made " If a player was to leave there staff position then they would need to make an application again." Which what is says means if you leave under any reason, which this rule was broken a few times by Gibbo which hasn't been forgotten. I don't see how the rules should be bent to give several others special treatment. Dave (life855) I am waiting on your response, locking this thread and giving me warnings is your way of shrugging this of, then that's poor moderation as you aren't dealing with the issue at hand, and something needs to be done about it.

James as i have already said she left for a day. One day that is all. She made a mistake and if you had asked to come back after a day then I can guarantee the same situation as here would have happened back then too. People make mistakes and we knew she had made a mistake so we offered her the chance to come back.

If you leave and then want to come back a few weeks later; you need to re-apply. Things change and people change, and there's no way of knowing you are still the same person.

If you leave and want to come back a day later, it's okay. You might have just been having a bad day, fed up with some stuff, etc. It's easy to just get annoyed and want to drop everything.

I'm sorry your name isn't Dave, and no I have given up trying to come back, I would rather keep the staff inline from the side line I find it more fun. And as for the "left for a day" They left, if you leave a job for a day outside your computer you can;t just say "I'm sorry it was a mistake" No you have to make a new application to be accepted there again, you people need to follow your own rules, as I said above this rule was made and it reflects real life which is something that you should actually take in and remember for when/if you have a job, you can;t just leave for a day and get back in. Make sure you remember that, now Dave (life855) still waiting mate.

Not having any problem haha. Just making sure that the staff are following there rules just like us players need to follow, yes staff have rules too

They are following the rules, and you can come back after a day especially if there's a proper reason behind why you quit.

The rule was if you LEAVE, then you are to make an application. Can it be explained any clearer for you?
