Cornucopia Idea - Minecarts

I had an idea for a cornucopia that would involve instead of running for the chests, you would ride a minecart to them....

I made a little example of it but I'm having trouble uploading the screenshots

Just a thought.

for a very large map this actually sounds pretty damn cool. Like you press the button next to you and it pushes you through a tunnel in a volcano or something, sometimes catching glimpses of other people and all tracks have the same length. I like it. Only for very large maps though

Do you mean like from the outside of the map towards the centre? The little example I built (I'm still having trouble with screenshots) has a short minecart track to the corn instead of running. I do like your idea

Maybe the theme of the map could be like an abandoned mine shaft sort of thing....

This won't be added in to the maps he have now, but if you made a map, with that implemented, and the rest of the map is good enough, I'd deffinately vote for it!

That sounds exciting! The tense minecart ride through tunnels towards the cornucopia... Awesome!

Ya I totally agree with everyone so far! I'm all for it! Obviously the map itself would have to be as good as the idea, but as long as it is, I'm fine with it. The only issue I have is that it could be extremely laggy and glitchy.

Yeah, it sounds like a really great idea. But the problem is the glitchyness, minecarts in multiplayer are temperamental, even at the best of times :L
