Tiny render distance, lowest optifine settings, on a REALLY good day I can average 45-70 fps; on a normal day about 20-25, on a bad day 1-10. :(

So basically, I'm waiting on a decent desktop to buy, and for me it will have to be pretty low in the price range, because unlike some of you guys I'm poor. :p
I tried to play with <20 fps once, I just couldn't manage to start sprinting xP

Yeah, that's a really common issue with me. If you ever see me just moving forward really slowly while taking tons and tons of hits and not seeming to try to fight back, it's probably because I'm having one of those lag spikes... and probably raging like a true madman :p

Short +48, everything else on minimum settings.

Have you tried using Game Booster? It improves your performance (fps and less lag)

It doesn't improve it that much, all it does is a tiny defrag on your desktop, exiting unecessary applications that are open. You can do all that by yourself.
