Well, if you didn't already know, I have a laptop that runs at 200-300 fps with medium settings, and 60 while recording, and it has:

- Graphics: nVidia GeForce 230M
- Processor: Intel Core Duo
- RAM: 4GB
- Allocated Memory: 500GB

Depending on how much money you're willing to spend I'd suggest this:

- Tower: AlienWare Aurora 6 Core Gaming Tower (2GB Dedicated Graphics, 8GB of RAM, 6 Intel Core i7 Processors, nVidia GeForce GTX 660, 1TB of memory and Windows 7 Home Premium (Yah you can run Minecraft) )

So there is no need to buy your own when you already have decent stuff intergrated in the computer already. :3

If you are thinking of building your own computer, go to your local tech store and check out prices. But the disadvantage for building your own computer is, the lack of warranty on parts. If you buy your own pre made computer, you get a warranty and normally phone help. So getting a pre built computer tends to be better with the warranty.

It's a heck of a lot cheaper to build ur own. Pre built isn't going to be the best 99% of the time. Any Pre built computer worth buying for graphic intense games will be expensive and you could build your own sometimes better computer for way less anyways. If you talk to any serious YouTube or streamer of graphic intense games most of the time they'll have built there own. Plus he wants to build his own and is on a budget of about $1000 and for what e wants to do, he most likely wont be able to buy one that does what he wants for that price
