Just today, I had around 6 bars of armor, and the ingredients for a diamond sword. Two guys in mid on sg1, I rush in before they see me and craft my dia sword. they chase, I turn around to fight back, I do fairly good against the first guy, then the second shows up. He hits me twice, I bail, as I'm running I get shot twice. Then, I lit myself on fire and died. My reaction pictured below

Well, I decided to fail the lava jump on Solar Frost with full iron + dia sword for no reason with about 15 seconds till DM, still hate myself for it.

I entered a game, and I was stuck in a chunk error (bouncing up and down, unable to move) had almost bounce-nudged my way out of it when a guy came and killed me with a stone sword....
