When I try to enter the server tells me: Failed to verify username.

You need a Premium minecraft account to join the servers.

Ignore the guy above. The servers are not pay-to-play. However it sounds like minecraft doesn't recognize your username. If you have indeed bought minecraft then I don't know why you are receiving this message. I would recommend restarting your minecraft to see if that helps.

Yeah you have to buy minecraft to play. And there's no such thing as 'premium minecraft' theres just minecraft and pirated minecraft.

Yeah, technically it says Upgrade Account to Premium when you buy the game because you make an account first, but Premium Account just means you bought the game.
