You cant really improve your internet connection. But what helps a bit is this:

• Turn off all programs that use internet except minecraft
• Turn off all devices that use internet in your hous except your computer or laptop.
• Use a wired connection.
• Don't use routers you dont need.
• Open minecraft ports?

If that all doesnt work you have to buy better internet, or better wiring that goes to your hous.
