Radar?

My friend told me that theres a radar in the new Minecraft, but I tried using it, and it didn't work. Any confirmation on this? He showed me it working with a command that was -radar.

He is using a hacked client called "NODUS", it's mainly used for griefing and is not allowed on almost every minecraft server.
